The delightful Karatoo still brings a smile to my face every time we fly together.
After logging 830 hrs in this wonderful little aircraft and quite a few adventures I can honestly say that I have never regretted my choice of flying machine .
 Thanks Jesse !!

Just a few more to enjoy !!

Hope everyone had a safe flight home.

Y`all come back soon now !!

Just some of the wonderfully presented aircraft that arrived for the morning.

It is a privilege to be part of the local aviation community here in south-east Queensland.

The friends of "Raysfield" have proved yet again that all you have to do is offer an invitation and they will come from everywhere !!

We had fifteen aircraft and thirty plus friends drop in for breakfast and a chat.

What a thrill to have aircraft ranging from ultralights through to warbirds in attendance.

I guess most of those with an interest in aviation have at some time enjoyed radio control models. So it is with me having built models since I was a boy.

I have recently discovered the tremendous advances made with electric power.

Both these aircraft are a delight to fly and have enhanced my interest in scale modeling !!

Our EAA chapter spent the morning with Terry Kronk at his Emu Gully hangar.

As you can see Terry has many interesting projects on the go and as always was only to happy to show us around.

Beautiful sunshine greeted us as we made our way down to the Gold Coast for a fly-in at Heck Field.
After all the recent wet weather it was great to get out and about again !!
